City of Ballarat says PopCon takes over Ballarat Library and Civic Hall on Sunday 27 September 2026 from 11am to 4pm. The free all-ages program includes more than 50 stalls, tabletop gaming with Good Games Ballarat, artist and maker stalls, authors, collectibles, craft activities, Imagined Realms LARP activities, a 2:30pm cosplay competition, a cosplay parade and a dedicated Chill Space for quiet breaks and sensory activities.
