CE Brown Reserve Dog Park

City of Ballarat lists CE Brown Reserve Dog Park on Dowling Street in Wendouree as one of the city's fenced off-leash dog areas. The official dog parks page says dogs in off-leash areas must stay under effective control, with owners carrying a lead, keeping dogs in sight and voice or hand control, picking up waste, and putting dogs back on lead near organised events, barbecue or picnic areas, shared paths, walking tracks and waterways.
