The official page lists 54 parking spaces including two accessible spaces, ramp access, a functional kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge, a 20m by 9m hall that fits about 100 people, a 90 square metre supper room suitable for meetings, audio system, heating and cooling, casual hire fees and a no-alcohol restriction. It adds a practical community-hire venue to the existing Spring Gully recreation coverage without drifting outside the Bendigo civic model.
