It describes a 185-acre park on the edge of the Central Geelong business district and beside the Waterfront Geelong precinct, used for jogging, walking and cycling, with 20 significant landscape areas or features. The page describes the park as an arboretum with conifer avenues, heritage recognition shared with Geelong Botanic Gardens, and 36 National Trust significant trees.
