Warrnambool City Council's individual Lyndoch Avenue Playground page places the playground at 5 Lyndoch Avenue and describes a fully fenced play space renewed in 2022-2023. The page lists a large rope net, smaller rope ladder, raised platforms, crawl-through tunnel, slide, activity panels, three swings including a birds-nest swing and toddler seat, soft-fall bark, rubber landing surfaces and nearby seating. Use it for contained neighbourhood play; the page does not list toilets or water play, so plan those separately.
