Warrnambool City Council lists Nicolls Drive Playground at 8 Nicolls Drive in West Warrnambool. The playground has a timber play structure with stairs, a double slide, rope-climbing ladder, overhead climbing bars, two swings, a spring rocker, an activity panel, soft-fall bark, rubber surfaces to the stairs and landing areas, and seating beside the equipment. It was renewed in 2024-2025, so it adds a current neighbourhood option for short family outings in West Warrnambool without inventing a separate informal suburb.
